Philosophy
Beyond the laws that we endeavor to discover and understand, we also have a set of philosophical perspectives that guide our thinking about dance.
These are opinions and perspectives that we hold about social dancing works, not laws that can be proven. They represent our beliefs about how social dancing works, how it should be taught, and how dancers should interact with each other.
